In which situations you would take items like Runaan's Hurricane, Rapid Firecannon, etc..

I am still new to playing Aphelios and there are some items on the picture, in which situations I should buy them? Only example I can imagine is buying Guardian Angel against assasins. Your thoughts? ("sutuational" items)
