Do not buy from Bandwerk

This is the second post I create as I deleted the first one because people were hating about not giving them enough time to reply.

Anyways, I bought the G1-T titanium band, paying $299 (full price is $379).

After opening a brand new item (in theory), I got a product full of scratches from the front and back of the band (see the pictures).

I immediately contacted support last Friday via email and instagram, and haven’t received an answer till now.

I think it has passed a decent amount of time for them to provide an answer/resolution about.

The day is almost gone in Germany, so I’m pretty sure I won’t receive a reply today either.

Honestly, I’m losing my hopes of getting my money back.
