Considering getting Apple Watch for working out
I recently got into working out about a month ago, just lifting weights and incline walking. I track my steps with my phone but I know it can be quite inaccurate so I don’t totally rely on it. My question is should I get a Apple Watch? I have a series 2 but haven’t used it in years so I would get a new one, just not sure which model and if it’s worth it.
I know the watch is great for walking and running but wondering how it is for lifting weights, if it can track the calories you burn when lifting? Any other advice is appreciated!
