SweeTango questions

So I recently found out this variety exists, and it's easily become my favorite by far due to its consistency in quality. I haven't had a bad batch yet, and they are so addicting. Which is honestly weird because for other varieties such as honeycrisps, sometimes they will taste phenomenal, and other times like bland, mealy, mush. Have I just been lucky or is there a reason why this variety is so consistent? Also, I heard they stop selling around early November but I'm still finding plenty of them in stores, so was that information wrong? Or should I be stocking up now haha
