Should I make a new common app account?

Hey there,
I will be applying to US universities through common app this year. I applied last time too. Even though I got into many universities I was not satisfied with my decisions. So, I took a gap year and have remarkably improved my extracurriculars including one startup which is doing good. My question is that should I apply with that same common app account or should I make a new one? I know this is a dumb question but still.
