Is my guppy pineconing?

I noticed that my guppies scales may be slightly protruding and wanted a second opinion. None of my other guppies are experiencing this. If so why could this be? My water parameters are good. I am in the process of switching my substrate to sand and I removed some gravel and added some of the new sand Monday when I did the water change could that cause this?
