Unable to locate order online

Has this happened to anyone?

I placed an order in store, shipped to my house. Paid in store, even have the receipt with the order number on it. I never got an email confirmation. I checked my profile and it’s not under any order history and when I try to go track it by entering the order number and postal code, it says not found
