Question about crit rate

Hi! Pretty new to this, and I just got Arlecchino a few days ago, and put this glad set on her. According to akasha it’s pretty decent, but I wonder if I should shoot for 80 cr instead and more into CD. Could there be any possible benefit in having CR this high? I saw some players on akasha push for 99 too
