can someone help me find an artist?

a while ago i found a collection of works by a specific artist that i found absolutely incredible but i never wrote the name down and ive been searching for them since with no luck. i think they may have been russian or ukrainian or something but take that with a grain of salt, a lot of the works were drawings but what stuck out in so many were the depictions of very large scale spaces and buildings. they had a sort of surreal, sci-fi look to most of them and many would feature one small, almost barely noticeable person standing within these huge structures. can anyone help find this for me?
