What to do about this rubber sole coming off of Nike Air Force 1s?

They are coming off on both shoes 😭 it's manufactured in 2021 so Nike's warranty has run out. I really love these shoes and want to repair them instead of throwing them away. I went to a local cobbler and they said gluing won't help in the long term, is it true? How can this be fixed otherwise?
