Question about mini pcs.

Hey guys, hope everyone is doing well. I want to try and have a Mini PC setup so I don’t have to take my laptop everywhere I go. I have some auxiliary batteries out of my campervan that I use to power my mount and camera at the moment, and I have to charge that said laptop with an inverter, which is quite a wasteful way to charge the laptop. I wanted to look into some Mini PCs. I know a lot of people use the ASIAIR systems, but I really like using NINA, and I wanted to know how people use other mini pcs. I’ve seen quite a few people use the MeLe Quieter3 systems, and I know how you set them up and such, my question is what do I use to have a display? Is there a way I can use my phone as a display to control the mini pc with NINA? Most places I go are dark sites/camping locations where I don’t have reception or anything. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
