How long after using a cleaner with ammonia is it safe to clean that surface with bleach?

So to make a long story short, I came home to clean up after a sick roommate using a solution of bleach diluted with LOTS of water, as instructed on the bleach bottle and rinsed everything with a wet paper towel after leaving the bleach for five minutes. I then found out that she had already attempted cleaning the place with Lysol earlier. The surfaces were dry when I cleaned them but is there still a chance I accidentally made mustard gas?
