How to get a job in the museum industry?

My partner and I just moved here from Austin and she’s in search of a job. Now that we’re in a city with a great museum scene, she’d love to finally put her anthropology degree to use lmao. Any recommendations or insight at working at the museums in the city? Any that are usually hiring or have great benefits?
