Is there anyone on the right that thinks Trump's immigration policy so far during his 2nd term is going too far?
As someone in the education field, I am not as gung ho as some are about how Trump has been handling immigration. Some of the students that I have taught may have illegal immigrants in their families or be illegal immigrants themselves and due to fears of them or family members being deported, they may skip school when they are already behind in school. According to the American Immigration Council, "In 2022, households led by undocumented immigrants paid $75.6B in total taxes. This includes $29.0B in state and local taxes and $46.6B in federal taxes."
