22m nose blockage

Hello! Every morning when I wake up my nose is blocked to the point there's enough pressure that it is uncomfortable, after I wake up my nose then runs until around lunchtime when it dries up and I can breathe properly, then come the evening it blocks up again, what the hell is wrong with me, been like it for about 2 months! TIA
