22M with itchy bumps on foot. Infection?

There are 2 spots on my right foot with clusters of small bumps. The one on the bottom of my foot is very itchy. I'm 5'11", 140lb, am not currently on medications, occasionally drink and smoke once a day. The cluster on the side of my foot has been there for a month or two, the one on the bottom of my foot has been there for about a week but only became very itchy in the last 3 days.
