Why don't any doctors mention my extreme weight loss?

My life has been falling apart since June. Due to the extreme stress I've been under during this time, I have unintentionally gone from weighing 118 lbs down to 93. If I'm not mistaken, this puts me into the "severely underweight" category.
I've seen several different doctors for various issues lately, including my primary care doctor multiple times. Not a single one has brought up any concern about my weight. If my weight being this low can have such a negative impact on my health, why don't any doctors say anything to me about it?
