Is it enough to take a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter with 400mg of ibuprofen tablet once-twice a day long term? (I'm an adult woman of 40kg; have a toothache)

Or how much peanut butter is needed exactly?

As far as I know taking ibuprofen with food is crucially important to protect the stomach lining

90g of peanut butter with 20g of chia with salt (the other basics are competently covered by cheapest dietary multivitamin active forms supplements) - is literally the only thing I usually eat per a meal due to my teeth that I’m unable to cure for years due to life-death matter pain and due to being severally mentally disabled without any income for food, my budget is that much dangerously low, please don’t ask me any more questions about it, if I could change my diet anyhow - I would’ve already, please I am begging you, please just help me to find the answer to my question🙏🏻

I always dissolve my peanut butter in water due to not being able to handle the original too thick substance of it

And I am on keto since carb meals make me hungry really fast

Does such a meal of mine dissolved in water - enough for taking with ibuprofen? Or does it mean that I am contradicted to ibuprofen at all in my diet case at this point?😩 (I was told by one person out here that to be able to take it as safely as possible you need to have enough substance in the stomach)

Also, does ibuprofen block vitamin and mineral absorption?

Will be immensely forever grateful if anyone who understands in this could please help me to answer my questions🙏🏻
