15f ordered pills online

hi doctors! i’m 15f and i made a burner account because i don’t want my parents to see my reddit ): no medical history except for ADHD and i’ve been on adderall since i was a little kid 90 mg a day. my doctor thinks im losing too much weight and took it away but i need it for school so i got online and ordered some from an online pharmacy. i probably took anywhere from 150-250 of the pills last year and now im really scared about what was in them ): my friend said they’re probably from some random country and that im gonna get cancer or something. am i going to die from this?? i only had a bad reaction once or twice to the medicine where i felt like i couldn’t see straight and then threw up later on. i’m so scared im going to get cancer. can someone please help me?? i just didn’t want to do bad in school!
