Bi directional break before make relay circuit needed

Hey guys I need to control two relays (coil 1 and coil 2 on two DPDT dinrail contactors) so that when a trigger is applied to the circuit via a closing trigger relay on my inverter, I need the circuit to first energise coil 1 then a couple of seconds later energise coil two, but when the trigger relay opens I also need the circuit to de energise coil 2 first before de_energising coil 1, this is so there are a few seconds of "break" before makeof the two individual DPDT relays swicth over with a no electrical contact during the delay of about 5 seconds. Is such a circuit ready available ir is there a schematic i can follow? .
