how to get dates in india?

asking in public is not a thing here because of obvious reasons. i dont have much social media presence and i want to avoid online dating for, again, obvious reasons.

shared social settings are my next bet, but i wfh. i was focussed on family & hobbies during college, and now im 22 yr old dude with 0 exp in anything.

im thinking of joining a foreign language class or something.. i may make friends, and then build a social circle and perhaps get dates from mutuals?
