Best food in all of LA?

My husband and I will be heading to Los Angeles to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we are looking for a place to eat that you can't get anywhere else. Doesn't matter what it is, price doesn't matter either. We want something unique, delicious and preferably a fun atmosphere?
