Do you know anyone who’s never left the LA area?

I thought of this because I'm reading a book set in LA, and I feel like if the main character were real she would be in that category. Her family runs a restaurant and can't afford much. Do you know anyone who hasn't left the area?

Edit: My definitions: "Never Left" = has never set foot outside of, and "LA Area" = LA County and contiguous metro areas in adjacent or nearly adjacent counties. YMMV on whether or not to also include Ventura, Oxnard, Palm Springs, or the San Bernardino Mountains.
