How do you handle that one guy who’s your girlfriends “best guy friend”?

We all know the guy I’m talking about. They knew each other and were friends before you started dating but is way too friendly or touchy. After which he wants to be best bros with you. Doesn’t act this way when his own significant other is around. How do you guys manage this?
