I feel so emasculated after she told me she doesn't see me as tough, how to react?

Sometimes I'm silly and a goof, it's a defense mechanism to show people I'm not a threat (I'm tall and sometimes have rest bitch face).

Dating this woman, and we are now exclusive but she told me when we were cuddling in bed, in a playful but honest answer, "I can't see you being tough, you're so sensitive and vulnerable"

She's not wrong. I'm 100% open about my fears and flaws so that I don't waste my partners time dating me. But I did get hurt hearing she doesn't see me as tough. Like, I see being open about your flaws as tough, instead of hiding them or not talking about them.

Idk, I'm really confused rn
