Would you kindly provide mirrorless body and lenses recommendations?

Hey everybody, I'm looking to switch out my APS-C DSLR Canon gear for a mirrorless camera and some lenses. However, I haven't looked into camera gear in several years and as such, my knowledge is not up to date. As context, I used to focus on action photography, but am now just wanting gear to use mostly for when traveling with my significant other.

As such, my use-case is as follows:

• body and lenses should be more lightweight so as to be easier to carry around
  • this requirement is why I'm looking into mirrorless cameras and leaning more towards APS-C, but do correct me if I'm wrong if APS-C doesn't correlate with being easier to transport
• focus on portraits, architecture, street photography
  • as noted above, this would mostly be used during vacations/traveling, so it would mostly just be pictures of my significant other and I, food, architecture
  • preferably able to handle low-light scenarios, although in my use-case, low-light scenarios would be like night-time photography in a city with light from surrounding cars/lamps/signs/etc.
• body is no more than 1500USD
• preferably first-party lenses
