Opinion on my puppy's current condition

opinion on my puppy's current condition....

My 8-month-old male puppy, a shih tzu and pomeranian mixed breed ate 2 grapes that my father gave, one in the morning at 8:00 a.m., and the 2nd one at 10:00 p.m on sept 16. I already warned him that grapes are bad for dogs. I do admit that I did not know they could be life-threatening, I thought that it's just like chocolates, onions, and garlic that there is a specific amount to be poisonous, so I was nonchalant about it until I searched it on Google after an hour on the 2nd grape. After knowing how dangerous it is for dogs, we searched for a clinic that was still open late in the night until we found one at 12:30 a.m. Vet 1 said that it was too late to induce vomit so he only did bloodwork. The results show that SPGT, Creatinine, and BUN were at normal levels. He gave us medications, told us to observe my puppy, and brought him back after 7 days. During the 7 days of observation and medications, he just feels a little less energetic. Fast forward to the follow-up, we brought him back to the same clinic and they tested his blood, the results showed high SGPT, Creatinine, and BUN. We told Vet 2 that he ingested 2 grapes, and she told us that there are not enough studies to support that grapes can be in small amount. She told us that she did not know why my puppy had abnormal blood results. So, she only prescribed vitamins and supplements for my puppy and told us to come back after a month. Currently, my puppy is doing fine rn, he's still doing the same routine. So is my dog fine? Is his high SGPT, Creatinine, and BUN because of the medications that were given to him for 7 days?
