Freaking out. 4 month old Old English Sheepdog just puked and had diarrhea where 3 socks came out

Yes. You read that right. My 4 month old female Old English Sheepdog (18 lbs) vomited two toddler socks and passed a bowel movement of another toddler sock all in about 2 hours.

She is not spayed, no medical issues.

Around 11 o clock ET i noticed her vomit. The sock didn’t come up yet. It was her un digested dinner. About 20 minutes later she vomited up the first sock. Third puke was small and just water with some more kibble. Fourth puke was the second sock, about 30 minutes after the first sock came up.

I thought she was done so I put her back in her crate for nighttime. All of a sudden, she starts barking. I know that means potty time. I take her out to my yard and she pooped what looked like a log with some watery diarrhea after. Upon cleaning up the “poo log” I noticed it was the third sock. About 15 minutes later she again needed to poop. This time it was just mucus/liquid diarrhea (not alot— about half the size of a CD in circumference). She is finally sleeping and has been resting in her bed for the past 45 minutes.

I haven’t given her any water and obviously no food since this. I am in disbelief this even happened and traumatized to say the least. I never had any pet prior ingest non food items so I am really beside myself here.

Anything I need to do? Can she eat her usual kibble tomorrow or does she need a bland diet? Any help is appreciated thank you
