Tired, so tired!

Hi! I am 41, healthy, stay up to date with medical stuff, work out 4-5 days a week, eating pretty balanced… and I am tired every single day it seems. I sleep 7-9 hours a night and still wake up exhausted. During the day I work from home managing my business (which is stressful) and my kids with my husband. I do drink alcohol here and there (a drink or two) and drink coffee daily. I’m basically willing to try anything at this point to feel better rested! Any recommendations?
