$37 for medication’s which I desperately need.

I’ll try and keep this as brief as I can, I don’t want to inundate anyone with my sob stories on today of all day’s. But the short of it is that I lost my insurance recently. I have pretty bad GERD (Acid Reflux for anyone who doesn’t know), and have been on a medication for it called Protonix for some time now. Protonix is from a class of drug’s called “Proton Pump Inhibitor’s” which essentially just inhibit your bodies ability to produce stomach acid to mitigate the damage that GERD does to your esophagus and throat. I did my best to taper off of it before I ran out of my last refill, but as anyone who’s ever tapered off of these drugs knows, the process is long and hard. I didn’t have enough time and supply to fully wean myself off, and after taking the last of it two days ago I am now in HELL. The rebound acidity is absolutely killing me, and I’ve become very constipated from the shock of my body being taken off of the drug as well.

There’s an OTC PPI called Omeprazole which I can get from the drug store around the corner from my house, and of course they’re all out of the smaller package of it. I don’t live in the most populated of area’s, and driving to the closest Walmart to get a cheaper pack would likely cost more in gas than I’d save on the smaller size. I’m humbly asking if anyone can help me out in purchasing this and a couple supplies to help me poop, because the constipation is making the reflux so much worse, which combined with the withdrawal from the PPI is absolutely tearing my throat to shreds. I actually need $43 to get everything I need, but I can scrounge up enough quarter’s, nickles, and dime’s that $37 should cover it.
