Keep communication going with partner

Unfortunately my partner and I are unable to live in the same place as we simply can’t afford our own place. I’m in Transitional housing and she’s crashing at a friends. The only way we can talk is a cheap mobile hotspot (phone bill is too fucked to fix $500 or so negative). Her hotspot is pretty much out there’s 200mb left. If someone would be able to help me with any data to add to it that would be incredible. With the snow in TN and all it would just be nice to keep contact. I did ask a few weeks ago and was alerted libraries may have free hotspots however we have had no luck with that seeing as our IDs don’t match where we currently are staying.
