Opposite gender relations

Hi okay so I’ve been going on dates. I lie ofc to my hf about where I’m going. I’m going on dates with different people. They don’t care obviously but I just don’t like talking about personal stuff like that to most people until somethings official with someone. Otherwise it’s just unnecessary. But I for some reason feel so guilty??? Like feel as if I’m deceiving them but ik it’s my own time, I can choose my boundaries, I’m an adult, etc. idk has anyone experienced this and how did u navigate it. Also how would I tell my them I have a bf if I’m being private about it now. Like it would be weird to suddenly be dating someone after saying I’m hanging out with other au pairs all this time lol
