New host family, looking for advice

So while aupairing I'm also babysitting a little kid Monday-Friday in the mornings as I have free time

My contract is ending soon and the family I'm babysitting for asked me to be their aupair next, I really like the kid, the parents are nice, and I wouldn't have to look for a host family that is always a boring process and you never know who'll you end up with

But there are a few things I'm not sure about:

• The house is small and always quite messy, I'm not judging them, but I'm the opposite, so it bothers me

• They are quite introverts, and I feel like we wouldn't spend time together and I know it gets boring living with people you don't have any relation with

-They live in the same area as I'm now, but I wanted to change a bit, but in the same city

I feel like these are just little cons, so I could live with it, and it could get better living with them and getting to know them better. What do you think?
