Illegal Importation [ATTEMPTED IMPORTATION OF THERAPEUTIC GOODS] letter

I received a letter today from the therapeutic goods administration for "Attempted unlawful importation of therapeutic goods."

It states “Your goods will be destroyed if you cannot provide evidence that the importation is lawful, or you do not respond to this letter by X DATE. Then below it, “if you attempt to import therapeutic goods unlawfully, you may be subject to criminal prosecution with penalties including jail time, or significant financial penalties”

I had ordered minoxidil tablets and dutasteride serum online from an overseas pharmacy without a prescription. The letter mentions that I could face criminal prosecution or financial penalties. I'm not sure if I should be concerned. Am i going to jail or be heavily fined? What should I do next? Has anyone ever experienced this. Please help me out
