Anyone else Sick / weird virus??

I know the flu is going around but I did an at home test for it and it came back negative. I left work Wednesday at lunch with what I thought was just a bad migraine but I’ve been home ever since.

Symptoms: Horrendous headache all over the head, achy, chronic fatigue, soar throat, diarrhea and chills, then hot flashes. No fever except a very low grade 99-100 but not often.

Anyone else experiencing this?? I hate taking off work without being able to tell my boss a clear diagnosis but I feel like death.
