Austrian supermarkets

Hello there, I’m in Austria for a week and I was giving a first look at the supermarkets, do you have any advice on which are the most expensive with higher quality products and the opposite ones, and maybe the ones to just avoid? 😆 I’m in Osttirol so there are spar, mpreis, billa (hofer I know what it is 😆)
