What tricks do you use to help brush your teeth?
So I'm someone who sometimes struggles to take care of my basic maintenance or needs. Ex: Forgetting to eat. Having a hard time getting in the shower. Laundry ect.
Something I've always struggled with is brushing my teeth. Particularly the sensation of the barbs of my tooth brush on my gums is what I think the problem is?
Anyways what are some of tricks you use to help brush your teeth?
