Pacifier replaced with bottle

My son 3yo lvl 2 autism was very attached to his pacifier, eventually he lost interest in pacifier because I cut it short but now he is obsessed with his milk bottle, when he doesn’t have it he is stimming so loudly and starting to bite his hands or our hands. I tried different chewies nothing worked. I am afraid to take it away since he is starting to bite. Any advice?
