How self aware are you?

So I am always being told what mood I am in and it is opposite of how I feel, and it ends up making me angry. I feel like I know when I feel well, ill, upset, depressed, anxious, and so on. Then I get told by some one no you're this or that and get argued with about it.

Do you think you know how you feel most of the time, or should I be listening to other people?
