Am I getting scammed with photo ?

HELP! I have a question. Join So l bought a car from Copart Took it to the shop to get it repaired They quoted me 4800$ When they started we decided to get few more parts total being 6800$ The shop had the car for 3 months I would call them they would say that they are busy but they're working on it but they're waiting for Parts I asked if there is any additional parts for work that will be needed they said few little items I asked again they ignored me I asked a week later they ignored me Then they sent me a bill that the car is for pickup Total due 11,500$ What are my options I don't want to leave the car there but I don't want to pay 11,500$ for something that I never approved What can I do ????? About 5000$ extra that I never approved or that they mentioned to me
