Anyone recognize this signature from Santa Barbara (2024)

For my parent's 50th anniversary in 2019, I sent letters (along with a pic of my parents) to numerous celebrities. Five years later, I received this autograph on the pic of my parents. No return address but postmarked Santa Barbara, California. Any ideas? My first thought was Jim Belushi but it doesn't really look like his other autographs I found online. Thanks!!
