Distorted smear campaign

Recently, while trying to understand the perspective of other people with bpd on social media. I stumbled a somewhat popular account with my bpd ex on it. Turns out she made a page exclusively about how much of a narcissistic abuser I am and how she’s the victim of narc abuse. (Wasn’t diagnosed with any personality disorder).

She uses her untreated BPD as a way to empower herself and promote her extreme views and self-victimization to resonate with other disordered women (not men). Its been 4 months since the discard and she’s still posting nasty and awful things about me.

She fails to mention ANY abuse, cheating, or lying on her end and cries wolf in sheep’s clothing. I was going to mention to her that I discovered her account and that I can see what she’s posting about me, but the NC gives me peace and her real self with the addition of her distorted views of reality fucking scares me. I don’t even recognize this person anymore.
