Lack of support in pregnancy

Asking for advice: how do you handle people who offer zero support during pregnancy but also expect to see the baby very frequently once he/she is born?

Example 1: a family friend texted me saying she has picked out a special name for the baby to call her. But I have not seen this person since I’ve been pregnant (I’m 30 weeks) and she lives in my neighborhood. I want the baby to call her by her normal name. I don’t understand why she thinks she would get a special name?

Example 2: family members who do not ever ask how I’m feeling, don’t know about doctor’s appointments, don’t check on me when I had the flu, etc. But she has made comments about how she will be here everyday once the baby is born. Ummm if you can’t support me when I’m pregnant I’m not going to want you here everyday.
