Sick at 35wks and over it

I feel like such a baby going to instacare because I'm sick but I'm so over it. I've been coughing, feeling like death, for only like 5 days but I seriously feel like I've been hit by a truck. I'm taking all the meds I safely can which take the edge off but I'm at my wits end rn. I've coughed so much my stomach muscles hurt like I've pulled them, my daughter has been moving so much because of the coughing fits I feel horrible. I only sleep in like max hour increments before waking up to have another coughing or sneezing fit. Idk if going is the right thing to do because I'm already so hormonal so I cant tell if Im just being extra sensitive, I just need to vent I guess.

Edit: welp, influenza and possibly the start of pneumonia so hopefully the meds I got prescribed help.
