Uppababy vista or cruz [on]

Trying to decide whether to get uppababy vista on sale or just get the cruz or continue to look for a used option.. We do hopefully plan on having another baby that will be like 18m-2yrs apart but never easy to plan :) ive heard a lot of people say their toddlers didnt use the stroller anyways so dont know if a double is worth it?
