Eczema - Cream Recommendations [BC]

My baby is going to be 6 months old this week and her eczema on her neck, arms, and legs is just out of control.

It's definitely triggered by the heat.

Any recommendations for any creams?

I've been using the Honest lotion and Aquaphor plus 1% cortisone cream but none have worked.
