Has anyone ever ordered from okova? Are they reputable?

I’m looking for a plug that has the little hook on it for tail attachments, I only need the plug & can’t seem to find anyone but Okova that sells the plug by itself. I’ve never heard of them before so I was curious if anyone here ever bought from them before. If you have, what was your experience?
