Russian Honey Cake for my Hubby's Bday

It was the second attempt that night as the first recipe was a total flop, and this one turned out a bit dry but tasted ok. The cream was only sour cream and powdered sugar. Is that the standard? Any easy to follow authentic honey cake recipes?
