Any Way To Romance Karlach After Act 1 Party?

Hi all! So I’ve read that Karlach’s romance will not progress if you miss her first night option at the Act 1 party (went with Shadowheart). Am I still locked out or will things pop up again after I give the second iron piece in Act 2, and no other romances are clogging up the spot? Thanks!
