Having some struggles with PETG

I am having some issues with the first layer using PETGHF from Bambu. Using a Bambu a1. 0.2 mm height. Bed is clean with a glue stick applied, filament is dried. Printed on the high temp smooth plate and the second picture shows what the adhesion was like.
